Policies

Because every stamp is custom-made to your design, we can only accept returns or offer a refund/remake in the following cases:

• The stamp arrives damaged or defective.
• The stamp doesn't match the design you approved in the online preview (wrong text, wrong logo, wrong size, or wrong ink color from what you confirmed at checkout).
• Your order never arrives and the courier confirms it as lost.

We are not able to offer a refund or free remake simply because you changed your mind about a design after approving it, or because of a typo in the text you entered yourself — this is why we show you a full preview before production and ask you to confirm it.

To request a remake or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll usually respond within one business day (Mon-Sat, 9:00-18:00 PKT). Approved remakes are produced and shipped again at no extra cost; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, or as store credit for cash-on-delivery orders, within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs for a remake due to our error are covered by us. Shipping costs for issues outside our control (customs delays, incorrect address supplied by the customer, etc.) are not refundable.

Lahore Stamps ("we", "us") collects the information needed to design, produce, and ship your order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, the design content you upload or type into the stamp editor (including any logo image), and payment details processed by our payment providers.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Your information is used to:

• Process and fulfil your order, including sharing your name, phone number, and address with our courier partners (e.g. Leopards Courier) purely for delivery purposes.
• Process payment through Stripe (card payments) or Opay, who handle your card/account details directly — we never store your full card number.
• Contact you about your order status, and reply to messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or the order-tracking page.
• Keep a copy of your approved stamp design on file, in case you need a reprint or reorder later.

If you create an account, we store your login details (with your password encrypted, never in plain text) so you can view past orders. Guest checkout is also available if you'd rather not create an account.

We retain order and design records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and reorder purposes, consistent with the laws of Pakistan and, where applicable, the data protection rules of the country you're ordering from (including UK GDPR, and equivalent frameworks in the US, Malaysia, and Australia).

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and associated personal data (subject to what we're legally required to keep for tax/accounting records). Contact us via the details on our Contact page to make this request.

We use standard security practices (encrypted connections, hashed passwords) to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

By placing an order with Lahore Stamps, you agree to the following:

Orders & Design Approval. Every order goes through our online stamp designer, where you build and approve a watermarked preview of your design before checkout. Once you complete checkout, you're confirming that the preview is correct — including spelling, layout, and logo placement. A member of our team also reviews your file before it goes to production, but the final approval is yours.

Pricing & Payment. Prices are shown in your local currency based on the country selected at checkout (Pakistan, UK, US, Malaysia, or Australia) and may change without notice for future orders. Accepted payment methods vary by country: cash on delivery within Pakistan, or card/Opay for online payment. Orders are only produced once payment is confirmed (or, for COD, once the order is placed).

Production & Shipping Times. Typical order-to-production time is around 24 hours for standard orders, though this can vary with order volume — we're a small team, not a factory floor. Domestic Pakistani orders ship via Leopards Courier; international orders to the UK, US, Malaysia, and Australia are tracked by hand and the tracking number is emailed to you once it ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or incorrect address information supplied at checkout.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production has started. Once your design has gone to the laser/production stage, it can no longer be cancelled or modified, since the materials are already cut to your specification.

Intellectual Property. By uploading a logo or design element, you confirm you have the right to use it. We reserve the right to decline production of any design that appears to infringe someone else's trademark or copyright, or that contains unlawful content.

Limitation of Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a delayed or defective stamp.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own country when ordering internationally.

Changes to These Terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
